This garden trug is made from white (stripped) and buff noir willow (which has been steamed and stripped of bark - the steaming process brings out the a lovely chocolatey colour in the willow).
This style of basket is constructed using a catalan base with stripey base weave design. The square basket is finished with soft corners and a wrapped handle for comfort.
Ideal for in the garden. For your cut flowers, home grown veg or trips to the allotment. This basket could be used for all manor of jobs around the home such as for kindling for the fire.
