Zig-zag weave oval shopping basket
This oval shopping basket is woven with a zig-zag weave in a contrasting colour I have also hightened the sides very slightly giving a lovely curved shape to the top line.
A chunky wrapped handle for comfort and a herring bone weave detail on the handle.
This basket is woven with a 'stake and strand' technique. Weaving an oval base, then adding side stakes and weaving to from the sides.
Perfect for picnics, foraging, carrying your shopping at the local market or as decorative storage around your home.
It measures approx H 36cm W 27cm D 41cm
